1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in with an OTP, or using SpotNexa in any way, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, and provide accurate contact details to use SpotNexa.

2Your Account

SpotNexa uses OTP-based authentication delivered via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number and email secure. Notify us immediately at contact@spotnexa.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate vehicle details — including make, model, registration number, insurance validity, and where applicable battery capacity and connector type — so that bookings, billing, and entry/exit at venues function correctly. SpotNexa is not liable for problems arising from inaccurate vehicle information.

Each phone number maps to one user account within an organisation. Sharing your account, or using SpotNexa on behalf of another person without their consent, is not permitted.

3Services We Provide

SpotNexa offers a connected mobility platform. The core services include:

• Smart parking bookings — search, reserve, enter and pay for hourly parking at participating lots and properties.
• Monthly parking passes — daily, weekly, monthly, and student passes for regular parking at selected locations.
• EV charging sessions — book and pay for AC and DC charging at certified stations, with metered billing per kWh.
• Event parking — pre-book parking for sports, concerts, festivals, weddings, and other organised events.
• Walk-ins — register and pay on the spot at participating venues.

Service availability depends on the city, operator, and individual venue. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion and without prior notice where reasonable.

4Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout. The breakup is available on the booking summary and on every invoice.

• GST is charged at 18% on parking and event parking services (SAC 996812).
• GST is charged at 5% on EV charging services (SAC 998631).
• Walk-in rates may carry a premium of up to 20% above pre-booked rates as set by the venue operator.
• Idle fees may apply at EV stations after the charging session ends, to discourage occupying a charger after the vehicle is full.

5Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay and accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. SpotNexa does not store your card numbers or CVV — every checkout creates a fresh, PCI-compliant transaction.

EV charging sessions use a pre-authorisation: we hold the estimated session amount on your card or UPI at booking and capture only the final actual amount at session end. Any unused pre-authorisation is released automatically.

Cash is accepted only at participating walk-in locations operated by staff with a SpotNexa terminal. A digital receipt is issued for every cash payment.

6Loyalty Programs

SpotNexa runs two loyalty programs.

SNX Tokens — earned on parking and event bookings, referrals, and streaks. Redeem in-app within stated caps. 10 SNX = ₹1 discount.

Green Credits — earned on EV charging at a rate of 2 points per kWh (4× during designated green hours). Redeem in-app on future EV sessions, up to 50% of session cost. 10 points = ₹1.

Loyalty rewards are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may be revised, capped, or withdrawn at our discretion. Rewards earned on a transaction are automatically reversed when that transaction is refunded.

7User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform. Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• Creating fraudulent bookings or using forged identity or vehicle details.
• Tampering with QR codes, signage, barriers, chargers, or any equipment at a venue.
• Blocking shared or reserved spots for other users.
• Attempting to bypass billing, settlement, or payment systems.
• Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour toward SpotNexa staff or venue operators.

Operators and staff are authorised to verify identity, request vehicle documents, and refuse service for safety, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons.

8Operator Responsibility

SpotNexa is a platform that connects drivers with parking lot owners, EV station operators, event organisers, and Municipal Corporation partners. Physical safety of vehicles, structural condition of premises, electrical safety of EV chargers, calibration of meters, and on-ground staffing are the responsibility of the location operator.

SpotNexa screens partner operators for the certifications and approvals required by Indian law (DISCOM clearance, fire NOC, public liability insurance, GST registration, where applicable) but does not own or operate the physical facilities directly.

9Intellectual Property

All content on SpotNexa — including the SpotNexa name, logo, brand colours, app interfaces, web dashboard, illustrations, copy, and software — is the property of SpotNexa Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal use of the service.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotNexa's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid SpotNexa for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

SpotNexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SpotNexa is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of god, government action, power outages, network failures, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions.

11Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for fraud, repeated misuse, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you before doing so.

You may close your account at any time by writing to contact@spotnexa.com. Some data may be retained after closure to meet legal, tax, audit, or dispute-resolution requirements — see our Privacy Policy for details.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of SpotNexa is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of SpotNexa after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
